With a background of over 30 years plus in Sales, Marketing and Management Positions, Kay-Laraine, brings a wealth of experience to her clients.

Kay’s experience covers; Advertising Manager of an APN family newspaper for six years, Queensland Manager of the Plastics Industry Association for six years, with over two decades helping people achieve their goal to move on to their next dream, holding their hand through to settlement day.

She also spent some-time managing a Hotel where she renovated many of the apartments with the Owners.

Having a friendly disposition, empathy, understanding, a “Can Do” attitude in every situation along with a determination to see every challenge through to a successful conclusion has given Kay the gifts required to help people sell and buy real estate over the past two decades and make many friends along the way.

As a family person, Kay understands all the many complexities of raising children, the need for larger homes and then finding the home too large and downsizing. Kay has helped many people into retirement villages and told some to stay where they lived which turned out to be the best advice.
