Brett was a student of property long before he undertook the Real Estate Diploma back in the early 1990’s with his parents being avid renovators and his brother a builder.
Previously in the land surveying sector for many years Brett had a solid grounding for how property title was created which has given him an intimate understanding of property beyond your normal agent. Subsequently this has also helped Brett to undertake his own small developments. Brett also has a good understanding of solar and general construction which sometimes is very handy.
Brett has been a licensed agent for some 28 years in NSW.
Down to earth and very approachable Brett enjoys good local coffee, the beach, tennis and helping folks in and around the Tweed /Byron Coast on their own property journey.
